• How much zooplankton/phytoplankton is in the water now compared to 30 yrs ago
• or Krill…..
• What colour is the water – has it changed in that time
• Are the penguins ‘suffering’ or not
• What colour is the ice, has its albedo changed
• Is there more/less Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Sulphur, Boron, Manganese or Potassium in the water
• What do fishermen who work there have to say
• How are the whales/sharks/dolphins keeping, more/less, fatter/thinner, healthy/diseased
• What about tuna fish worldwide (they are truly *amazing* fish)
• <there will be more such indicators>

Many will know what I’m alluding to to, how simply shovelling a few billions of tonnes of ‘dirt’ into the water would explain *all* those things we see happening around there

viz: Globally, between ourselves and Ma Nature, we shovel enough dirt into the water via rivers and ‘runoff’ to raise sea-level by 1mm per year.

Arctic sea ice is a concern when there is too much of it for too much of the year (like back in the LIA and 1979..

The drop back down slightly towards more normal Holocene levels has been a boon for Arctic sea life, with several species with last sightings or proxy evidence during the MWP, starting to return to the region.

Now we have a rampant know-not-much propagandist from the far-left msn….

Arctic sea ice is currently above every year back to 2006 except 2008 and 2014.

Pay attention. We are talking about now, not September. It’s late December, and the sea ice extent is no different than in 1979 (y’know, before we set the planet on fire and boiled the oceans), and the volume is greater than the early 80s.
