Never said something about CO2, and you are welcome to ask Bil for evidence first.”

Why bother Bil?
That was a mighty desperate red herring trick of yours, demanding proof from Bil who states a rationale opinion and points to an article in the Telegraph.

They should try to warm the winters instead. That is when the most climate-related deaths occur.

4 million more people die each year from the cold than from heat, mainly from increased strokes and heart attacks during the cooler months.

During 2020 human emissions of CO2 dropped by 6% but atmospheric CO2 kept rising at the same rate.

The billionaires want to become trillionaires.

Bloomberg’s green energy research team estimated it would cost $US200 trillion to stop warming by 2025, and other estimates are similar.

The folks on that side love to hurl the “guilt by association” accusation at us – what we say is automatically tainted by who our like-minded pals are. Fair’s fair, thus it is not illegal by any stretch to point out that at the end of my Part 2 dissection of the ham-handed Puerto Rico v Exxon lawsuit (showing its racketeering angle tracing back to Naomi Oreskes’ notorious La Jolla 2012 workshop on how to pursue such legal actions), I featured an audio link where [alleged investigative reporter] Westervelt ‘interviewed’ Naomi Oreskes, but it was at Oreskes’ own event and she first introduced Westervelt to the audience as “my good friend and colleague.” Then I wrapped up with another audio link from one of Westervelt’s podcast “news” reports in which she confessed to following the Puerto Rico case three years prior to when it was filed publicly and had accompanied the lead lawyer for the lawsuit to Puerto Rico back at that time.

Imagine the uproar from that side if Anthony Watts labeled a prominent Fox News reporter as “my good friend and colleague,” or if Marc Morano openly admitted that he had some kind of working association with the top person in Exxon’s attorneys defense team. “Massively dicey associations for Thee, but not for Me.” But yes, none of the folks on that side could do what they do without huge ca$h flows … which they don’t bother to tell anybody about. Me, I do what I do pretty much 99.9% on my own dime, draining what little I have in my savings account in the process.

Lots of leftwing billionaire money floating around in the space.

You can bet these people are getting some of it.

We are experiencing an ongoing, well-funded, concentrated alarmist climate change propaganda campaign.

Every day there are numerous climate change alarm articles put out there.

Unfortunately, a lot of people are susceptible to propaganda, especially where it concerns a complicated subject like CO2 and the Earth’s climate, where most people have no experience and have to rely on others, and they are unable to sort out the true from the false.

“Have you seen one advertisement on your TV, demanding you support fossil fuels, and telling you how bad ruinables are?”

Excellent question. The answer is no. The oil companies are hiding, hoping to avoid critcism. Like I said above, the oil companies are as bad as the climate change alarmists in believing in things that have never been shown to be true. So they don’t question the claim that CO2 needs to be reduced.

There is no evidence that CO2 needs to be reduced, but the oil companies do not dispute this unsubstantiated claim of climate change alarmists.

The oil companies should say: “Where is the evidence that CO2 needs reduction? But they don’t do that. They go along with the hoax because it is the easiest path for them to follow right now.

And I suppose some of the oil company brass are stupid enough to believe in the hoax. We see a lot of smart people who are not very smart when it comes to CO2 and the Earth’s atmosphere. There’s no rule that says oil company executives can’t be in that group.

Bottom line: The Oil Companes do not defend themselves when it comes to Evil CO2. It’s ridiculous for climate alarmists to blame oil company propaganda for their failures to rein in CO2. The oil companies don’t put out any propaganda. They don’t put out anything.

A pathetic demonstration of cowardice and/or stupidity on the part of oil companies, imo.

It’s real easy: All you have to say is “Where’s the evidence?”

How hard is that? The beauty of asking that question is the other side, the climate alarmists, have NO answer, and it is easily demonstrated when you get “crickets” after asking the question.

But oil companies won’t even do this. They don’t want to fight this fight. They just want to concentrate on their business. While the world goes to hell around them.

Yeah, it looks to me like the oil companies roll over and play dead when it comes to the CO2 controversy. They barely even defend themselves.

It is really kind of pathetic.

The oil companies are not funding any defense of CO2 that I can see. They are accepting the CO2-is-bad narrative and are trying to keep their heads down as low as they can.

They are as bad as the climate change alarmists when it comes to believing in things that have never been established as facts, like the one where CO2 is the control knob of the Earth’s temperatures.

There is no evidence this is the case, yet these people believe in it.

It’s mass delusion across all sectors of society. It’s pretty amazing and is unique among human experience. We are in new territory mentally. For some people, anyway.

But the wheels are starting to come off this Net Zero wagon, and some people are starting to realize it. Maybe the CO2 Mass Delusion will dissipate in the not-too-distant future. I would say likely in the next few decades as the climate starts to cool, if history is any guide.

With Noscript, when you visit a website, everything is disabled automatically. unless I tell it differently.

It shouldn’t but it never fails to surprise me that so many of these clowns are well connected with each other. It’s not a completely universal conspiracy (I reserve judgement on the parts that might be) but it is a big network. Wheels within wheels.
