The Twin Towers

Although there are many theories about what caused the collapse of the World Trade Center Twin Towers (WTC1 and WTC2), there is a general consensus in the 9/11 Truth and Justice Movement that they were brought down, not by the airplanes that crashed into them, or the resulting fires afterward, but by some form of purposeful controlled demolition using explosives and high-temperature thermate cutting charges.

Theories about who exactly performed these criminal acts also takes many forms, although, again, in general, it is suggested that it was probably factions within the United States Government and other people outside of the government, including possibly other governments and agencies, as well as private citizens, both foreign and domestic.

And the reasons why they would do something like this are also varied, but include: as a pretext for war (the so-called "War on Terror", including Afghanistan and Iraq), a buildup of the U.S. defense (and offense) war machine, war profiteering for Haliburton and other "defense" contractors, and to attack the freedoms and rights of American citizens, as we have seen occur with the so-called U.S.A. Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, and other legislation and illegal actions by President George Bush and his administration and other governmental agencies.

William Rodriguez worked at the World Trade Center as a maintenance worker and was the last person out of WTC 1 (the North Tower) before it collapsed. He personally saved many people that day, as well as helping rescue workers save many others. (he had a master key to the stairwell doors for each floor) He was honored at the White House five times, but has since become persona non grata because he won't stop trying to get people to listen to his story and his demand for a new, real investigation into the events of 9/11.

He testified before the 9/11 Commission (behind closed doors, at their request), and yet none of his testimony made it into The 9/11 Commission Report. And that all-important testimony was that, while in the sub-basement that morning, he felt a very large explosion in the sub-basements below him (there are several sub-basements), and many seconds later he heard another explosion above him when the plane hit.

We need no other information than that, even though there is much, much more, to understand that there is an obvious problem with the 9/11 Commission and its report and that a new investigation is demanded to serve Truth and Justice.
